职位描述：
Key Responsibilities :
Energy Solutions and EPC (equipments & technologies) for sludge treatment processing.

Primary Activities:
- Responsible for the identification and development for the energy business with focus on waste to energy, sludge thermal treatment related technologies sales;
- Support Proposal Manager’s preparation / bid preparation and contract negotiation;
- Support Regular customer's visiting, organize meetings with customers to promote company's technologies, develop its applications and new market ;
- Coordinate local and overseas support to client;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager;
Competencies and Skills:
- Strong engineering background on thermal design and waste to energy technology;
- Rich experience on sludge/waste to energy engineering;
- Good knowledge to deal with energy industries related design institutes;
- Technical knowledge of waste treatment/management (waste water and/or solid waste) and/or combustion engineering, thermal engineering or power generation related projects;
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship;
- Good command in English.

Education and Experience:
- Education in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering;
- Above 10 years' working experience in process design role , for technologies or capital equipments in waste treatment (waste water and/or solid waste), waste management, or waste to energy field;
- Above 5 year experience of sole design or leading design role in the energy/sludge treatment related field.;
- Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs;
- Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks;
- Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task no matter listed in the job description or not .
