职位描述
Mission:
- Establish individual competence for IA&DT products and provide technical support for sales & customers, contribute to IS knowledge management.
- Report to IS TAS RS&RW section manager.
Contacts:
- TAS, BU, Sales, PP, OC, HQ CS, Customer.
Task:
- Establish individual competence for IA&DT products assigned by team leader;
- Knowledge management for responsible products line;
- Build up branch background knowledge and relevant documentation of assigned branches, and compose/gather branch application references;
- Provide the technical troubleshooting and commissioning support;
- Support sales to check/complete/consulting the solution’s configuration in pre-sales phase;
- Support sales to hold seminar, workshop and training for customers in technical side;
- Provide basic training for sale to improve technical ability.
Knowledge:
- Broad knowledge in IA&DT all product lines;
- Application knowledge in certain branch, especially in motion control and machine tools;
- knowledge in Electrical and Automation;
- Good command of writing, speaking and reading English;
- Skill of communication;
- Summarize and documentation.
Experience:
- 3- 5 years engineering experience (designing, programming, installation, commissioning) on Industrial Automation, certain branch application experience preferred;
- Experience on working with industrial automation components like Machine Tools, PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface), Drive technology and Industrial Communication;
- Team player, excellent service attitude and learning capability;
- Hard-working with self-motivation, high degree of flexibility and mobility;
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher, major in Automation.
