MISSION
1. Ensure customer satisfaction
2. Supplier management to ensure the on time delivery
3. Build up strong link for Upstream and Downstream supply chain.
4. Build up reasonable FG Inventory level to support business needs;
5. Focus on DC inventory control to meet customer requirement with target service level.
6. Drive projects to improve the whole supply chain.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Data management
2. Forecast and demand management.
3. Keep proper inventory to support sales and improve OTDS in a sustained way
4. Place replenishment order in a smooth way to leverage supplier capacity and improve ESSR constantly
5. Improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
Job Related Experience:
1. At least 2 years Logistics Experience,
2. Have basic knowledge on inventory management
3. Have Material planning & Inventory control experiences in Manufacturing.
Business Understand:
Familiar with Mass Production / Intensive Manufacturing Mode
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
1. Fluent English is mandatory;
2. Good at SAP, specially for MM/SD module;
3. Good at Excel, have the skill on data mining and analysis;
4. Strong responsibility & communication skill, work effectively under high pressure;
5. Strong communication skill;
