职位描述：
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Steers local Logistic activities contracts, relationship with providers, operation performances and drives local logistics optimization inside his/her region.

Main Accountabilities:
1.Controls warehousing and transportation subcontractors of secondary distribution network, including domestic distribution from central LSP warehouse (where applicable), by defining annual Service Level Agreement, monitoring activity, addressing disputes and cost impact; contributing to quality and regulatory audits, following up related actions in close collaboration with local supply chain organization and according to Global Logistics contracts when it is related to a global 3PL.
2.Defines and Maintains end-customer specificities in terms of logistics services provided by bioMérieux (packaging, shipping conditions, certificates, …), ensuring consistency with Global Logistics guidelines. Provides inputs for mid/long range plan & strategy and information to Global Logistics to enrich standard logistic services catalogue definition according to his region specificities.
3.Watches for local/regional regulatory environment evolutions.
4.Steers the optimization of his local/cluster platform's way of working: lead times, costs, quality, workload and staffing, safety in relationship with employees representatives. Provides technical support to local/cluster in-house logistics center (equipment, infrastructure, fluids and energy) in compliance with safety, regulatory, quality and business constraints.
5.Ensures the Master Data accuracy＞ for master data accuracy: Customer transportation Lead Times, Customs Lead Time & constraints.
6.Leads the team, manages and monitors team's workload and performance; defines objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drives budget/resources for his perimeter.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
- Master’s degree ideally with specialization in Supply Chain or International Transportation / Customs
- More than 5 years of experience
