Job Description:
? Support the development of strategies and effective execution plans for the PMT Asia businesses – Enable the business to grow faster than market. Fact based analysis of market trends, competitive data, and technology trends.
? Gain insights on customer needs to drive differentiated offerings and strategies. Articulate our unique value proposition, and develop action plans to drive progress
? Engage across functions and business units (i.e. Marketing, Technology, Sales, Communications, etc.) to deploy strategies and growth initiatives. Drive progress, measure results, review effectiveness, and seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
? Continuously develop Marketing best practices to raise the standard of excellence – Leverage successful cases. Learn from the market and other business units. Including customer insights, value propositions, sales tools, customer engagement and satisfaction.
? Conduct regular research on the economy, markets, and customer VOC (voice of the customer)

Requirements
? Undergraduate degree in engineering, economics or other highly analytical discipline is required. MBA and large consulting firm experience a plus
? Minimum 3 years of commercial & marketing experience in B2B environment. Exposure in O&G, specialty chemical, industrial, digital industries a plus.
? Strong strategic thinking & problem solving capability – Strong logical thinking. Able to structure a solution and action plan. Proactively drive impact and get results
? Strong business sense; exposure to different industries – Good understanding of business models, channel structure, product management, business strategy, pricing, customer VOC, financial statements & metrics
? Strong communication skills – Able to collect insight through thoughtful interaction with people. Able to summarize key messages and communicate them with confidence. Effective use of verbal, written, and graphical communications skills to convey and convince.
? Leadership potential – Good presence, interpersonal skills and team work. Possess self awareness of his/her own strengths and weaknesses. Proactive, and disciplined in self-management to get results. Strong curiosity to learn and grow personally and professionally
? English and Chinese language proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
? Skilled in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, to perform analysis and write reports
