职位描述：
岗位职责 ：
1、根据公司战略规划，准确把握公司产品定位，制定公司短期、中期、长期的市场推广和品牌建设计划；
2、负责组织搜集行业政策、竞争对手信息等，分析市场发展趋势，及时调整公司营销策略，优化营销活动，整合营销资源；
3、有效推进整体市场计划，并能进行合理的成本控制和准确的效益分析；
4、统筹管理公司对外宣传、公共关系工作；负责媒体资源的综合开发与运用；
5、负责拟定品牌产品的主题推广活动和市场调研与分析；带领市场部的团队，配合业务部完成全部年销售目标；
6、负责对市场部的队伍建设、日常管理、培训与指导；
7、策划、组织公司主办的各种公关活动，能独立策划并运作媒体发布会、科室会，扩大公司知名度，实现公司销售目标。
岗位要求：
1、年龄：30-40岁；
2、医药、市场管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
3、有医药、医疗相关行业市场、营销、医学部工作经历，并有优秀业绩记录；
4、良好的沟通能力，团队管理能力、组织协调能力。
