职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Collect store statement from landlord before the 10th day of every month
Send statement scan copy to HK sales audit team, issue VAT invoice and pass to supervisor’s for reviewing
Delivery the invoice to the landlord within the timeline
Following up with receivables with landlord finance in payment terms
Assistant with sales audit team on sales reconciliation for E-com
Coordinate with China E-com team on VAT invoice issuing to Customer
Coordinate with store manager of branch outside Shanghai to complete monthly tax invoice verification and month end closing
Purchasing and managing VAT invoice for the Company/branches in Shanghai/E-com
Assistant on monthly tax filling for branches and E-com
Customs VAT receipts scan and send to EY
Documentation on WHT tax payment for non-trade payment over 30K USD and less than 30K USD
Send company chop request to HK for approval for all department and Retail lease concession contracts filling
Helping with documentation on new store opening and store closing
Handle and coordinate the relevant case required by Taxation Authorities.
Printing vouchers and archive properly
Ad hoc events

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of local laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
technical accounting skills
1-2 years of experience on AR/Tax function
proficiency in relevant accounting software
