职位描述:
1. To be consultant to the sales team by continuously improving the relevant skill and knowledge especially the industry knowledge通过不断提高相关知识与技能成为销售团队的顾问
2. Be involved in designing the Sales Reps competency model 参与设计销售代表能力模型
3. Be involved in developing the training curriculum for sales reps 参与搭建销售代表课程体系
4. Through field coaching and discuss with line manager to find the sales rep’s training needs通过区域随访、和销售管理层的沟通,发现销售代表的培训需求
5. To identify training needs and make annual training plan base on business strategy 根据业务策略分析培训需求、制订年度培训计划
6. Design and develop the training course by familiaring with sales reps’ working process/challenges, their customers’ working process/challenges.通过熟悉销售人员的工作流程、所遇挑战以及他们的客户的工作流程及挑战,设计符合销售实际情况的培训课程。
7. Organize internal training and support in administration 组织公司培训,安排相关行政事务
8. Deliver the training course with high quality by using facilitate skill. 通过娴熟的授课技巧传授高质量的培训课程
9. Follow up sales reps action plan to maximize the training effectiveness. Report the territory situation to the line manager on time. 跟进销售代表培训后的Action Plan,确保培训效果最大化。并将区域情况及时反馈给培训经理
10. Continuously optimize training process to maximize training effectiveness 不断优化培训流程,使得培训效果最大化
11. To support the project of people development and talent retention 协助员工职业发展与人才保留项目的执行
12. LMS Development网络学习的开发
1. Bachelor degree or above 大学本科以上学历
2. More than 4 years working experience in training area 四年以上培训领域工作经验
3. More than 3 years working experience in sales management area三年以上销售经理工作经验优先考虑
4. Sales experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred 动物保健或医药行业销售经验优先考虑
5. Excellent communication skills and presentation skill 优秀的沟通与演讲能力
6. Good Command of English and computer 熟练掌握英语与电脑操作
