Prescription engineer - Eco Buildings Business
Mission
Visiting the special customers: Design institutes, consultants or large local SI’s which has design team, let them to know and spec in SE’s product, system or offer in their design or consult work. Increasing SE’s brand awareness and acceptability in market. And then help sales team to get more opportunities and win more projects through prescription.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and effectively communicate the strategy of both Schneider Electric and the specific market, competitor, economic and technical trends;
  • Early influence or publicity’s works through Standardization & Consultancy;
  • Introduce SE’s products, systems or offers to customers (design institutes, consultants or large local SI’s which has design team);
  • Mapping of Key Stakeholders in the customers;
  • Engagement with customers to spec in SE’s system or offer.
  • Development SE’s unique or differential offer with offer marketing team
  • Improve performance through regular feedback, accurate and stretching individual target to meet the target
  • Co-operate close with team members.
Experience and relevant skills
  • HVAC or automation specialty, Bachelor degree or higher of Engineering Course, preferred plus graduated from oversea institute;
  • At least 5 years and solid experience in design institute or similar company in building market;
  • Familiar with BMS, meter and ELV’s solution is preferred;
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in the use of the Microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook…), and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, strong time management & results orientation “whatever it takes” attitude & desire;
  • Proven track record of strategic planning & development complemented by knowledge of intelligent building market;
  • Proven ability to learning and work across multiple stakeholders to bring together a solution for customers.
