职位描述：
Job Role:
To be part of the China Sales Team, expand the brand presence in the Chinese online retail market and to support the sales managers in the field to generate more sales leads, and to establish all G&S brands as luxury brand collections in China market.
? Design and deliver China digital marketing plan/strategy to budget
? Generate sufficient leads from various digital platforms and campaigns to achieve set target
? Support company’s China business in the areas of website management, payment system set up and maintenance, new video creation and other creative aspects
? To work closely with US digital team on the implementation of digital & social initiatives in China and Southeast Asia
? Plan and execute large digital campaigns on selected platforms in China
? Make continuous improvement on the current digital platforms including Wechat, Weibo etc.
? Contribute to the content creation for the website and social media channels
? Branding materials management for China, including coordination with design, plan the quantity, quotation, production, and vendor management

Role requirements
Qualifications:
? University Degree or the equivalent, best major in Marketing
? Fluent English and Mandarin – both written and verbal

Experience:
? At least 5+ years online marketing experience
? Work experience in international company is a must
? Understanding of the hotel amenity sector would be an advantage but not essential
? Experience in development and maintenance of website, digital platforms, and digital campaigns
? Experience with companies in amenities online marketing sector in China is a great plus

Skill and Qualification
? With more than 5 years experience on digital marketing, be familiar with common skills of digital marketing
? Editing and writing skills: need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
? Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is
? Social medial: familiar with skill on communication via social media
? Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well
? Web development skills: strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
? Project management skills: need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
? Rich experience in managing digital platforms and assets
? Capability of running large digital campaigns
? The ideal candidate should be creative and enthusiastic
? The ideal candidate should marketing technically strong
? Highly organized, responsible, and motivated
? A quick learner who works well under his or her own initiative, proactive, commercially astute and thrives in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
? Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
