? Manage end to end project
? Development of standard procedural and operational onboarding documentation
? Operational lead to vendors (external) and vendor management/operations/sales (internal) for new vendor and/or offerings to be on boarded
? Organization of the project team
? Analyze and Design project proposal (in scope and out of scope of standards) to onboard new vendor and/or new offering for an existing vendors
? Responsible for creation of business process; Prepare roadmaps, operational process documentation and communication of changes
? Communication of the project status to multiple levels of multiple organizations and vendor on a regular basis
? Manage cross functional activities across multilevel groups within the organization and external
? Development and training of the project team
? Responsible for outcome and capable of results
? Assessment of the results relative to the original expectations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Organization: Understand the requirements of a cross departmental project, develop the tasks to be completed and their sequence; determine the resources necessary; develop the overall plan; communicate the plan; and take the steps necessary to insure that commitments are kept.
2. Analysis: Organize financial, operational, and systems data from several sources into an actionable format consistent with the overall project objectives. Analyze the data to understand risks and opportunities. Summarize the findings of the analysis to support the assumptions and/or conclusions developed.
3. Design: Insure that the recommendations, process design changes, and systems specifications are complete; represent the worst, best, and most likely case scenarios; support the goals of the project; and are executable.
4. Communication/Management: Organize the data analysis results, recommendations, business designs into a clear concise format for communication to all levels of management concerned with the project. Maintain project status throughout the project with regular updates relative to the plan and expectations. Insure that the project meets its commitments or that expectations are changed through regular communication.
