职位描述：
? Job Family Definition:
- Responsible for all aspects of technical support for a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, proactive activities, system install schedules, programs and upgrades.
- Provides technical support, in remote or on site, to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment or other customer issues related to equipment and programs
- Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment. Conducts Failure Analysis if assigned as owner. Resolves local spares performance issues.
- Captures and collects issues and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems to design engineering. Attends Customer Field Issues meetings and presents updates on field issue resolution actions.
- Supports NPI (New Product Introduction) at key customers. Conducts CE training as needed
- Involved in customer installation upgrades, customer support programs and training.
- Interfaces with I&W Managers to properly define install and warranty budgets. Monitors material orders to reduce unnecessary spending. Help solve technical issues gating Customer Acceptance Report (CAR) sign offs.
Supports Customer Satisfaction. Proposes and participates in implementation of CIPs and retrofits.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Provides systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs. Supports engineering owners by working on assigned projects in conjunction with vendors, or suppliers.
- Acts as intermediary between customer and factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
- Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes
- Presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as Uptime, MTBF, MTBI, Availability, equipment and process parameters.
- Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at the engineering level.
