Job Description
Reporting to Schneider Electric Social Media Section Manager, the Social Media Specialist/ Senior Social Media Specialist is operating Schneider social platforms, covering Wechat, Weibo, Zhihu and other social platforms as well as running smart and creative social campaigns.

The role needs to work with Section Manager to strategize and educate across the company on how to incorporate relevant social platform techniques; serve as the subject matter expert for social media; establish benchmarks and measurement of Schneider Electric social media presence; test new ways to leverage the reach of social media; and stay a breast of industry trends, platforms and best practices.

Also, this position needs to in charge of social content deployment and execution with agency. Integrating social content into business priority and marcom activities.

To keep the social presents in the market, the role needs to develop creative social media marketing campaigns to maintain Schneider-Electric brand awareness and share of earned media KPI as well.

Build relationship with industry social KOLs, drive KOL advocacy content development, and establish KOL pool for social activation usage.

Work with global social media team to ensure global consistency in Schneider Electric’s social media strategy, presence, usage and tools; share best local practices with global team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree above in marketing or related major.

· Minimum 6 - 8 years marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years of social media/digital marketing experience

· A great track record of successful and innovative social media/digital marketing campaign strategies and execution.

· Creative, out of the box thinker who is always willing to challenge the status quo and ask hard questions.

· Preferred working experience in B2B, especially in Electrical Distribution or Automation industry.

· Social CRM experience is an advantage.

· An independent, reliable person who is capable of running with a project, but willing to seek guidance as needed Proactive attitude, self-motivated and responsibility.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Flexibility to travel within China
