职位描述：
Major/Key responsibilities


1. Deeply understand the wholesale business, ensure that the company’s best interests are being met by providing practical advice and services regarding contract drafting, modifying and negotiation;
2. Deeply understand regulations to ensure legislations to ensure business compliance;
3. Familiar with insurance business, provide professional opinions on dealer stock vehicle claim settlement, and coordinate insurance claim settlement efficiently;
4. Track new and proposed regulations and legislation and analyze impact on business
5. Coordinate between the WS department and LC department;
6. Help develop and modify policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements;
7. Drafting, reviewing, or revising various contracts and documents;
8. Provide assistance and coordination for wholesale related litigation and communication with judicial entities;
9. Supervise the implementation of anti-money laundry of the WS team;
10. Other tasks assigned to cooperate with the credit manager and department head.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
1. Undergraduate degree or above in Law and other related areas;
2. At least 2 years working experience within companies or law firms;
3. Excellent in English and Chinese, both in oral and written. 举报 分享
