Position Summary:
Having good project management experience and project engineering experience which is must. Field service and technical Support for Rockwell Automation products including PLC, Motion, Drive Software products startup works, troubleshooting on site, customer training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for migration/conversion/retrofit project management to meet project delivery KPIs, i.e. on-schedule, cost control, risk control and customer satisfaction, by using PM methodologies and tools.
2. Responsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, Motion, software products programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects to Customers/CSM, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.
3. Responsible for external customer training in China.
4. Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to product Biz Units.
5. Customer Rockwell Automation equipments/devices periodically maintenance and examination.
6. Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. Higher level of education will be considered dependent on postgraduate experience. Information software experience as a plus.
2. 5 years of minimum experience in Engineering/Site support
3. Project management experience for over $1M project.
4. Strong communications are essential.
5. Rockwell Automation products knowledge/work experience is preferred.
6. Proficient with project management software tool, i.e. MS Project.
7. Good English speaking/written capabilities.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Able and willing to travel or work in site environment.
