主要产品：门禁系统。有相关硬件研发背景，需经常和供应商沟通谈判。有工业化经验，懂生产流程，40%出差量， 5年以上工作经验，英语口语可沟通

This position is reporting to the Offer Development Manager and is responsible for offer development in terms of hardware design, industrialization, production testing and related engineering. He/she shall has pretty much experience and knowledge of video door entry system in regards of electronic, video, audio hardware design, DFM, manufacturing and so on.

He/she has to generate and maintain design document with relevant parties (internal and external) in order to successfully maintain existing and create new solutions to industry leading standards.

This role also involves maintaining existing designs, products evolution and supporting technical queries from product management, internal, external customers, suppliers, system integrator and end customers.

Besides, closely working with vendors and challenge them in terms of meeting our requirements of resource planning, lead time, cost, testing methods & best practice.

This role also involves maintaining existing designs, product evolution and supporting technical queries from product offer, OD, internal, external customers and suppliers. Here are summary:

? Design and develop new products in the mechanical-related area

? Project coordination and follow up with manufacturing support department from design development stage through pilot run until mass production release

? Carry out feasibility studies of new product concepts assigned by supervisor

? Technical support to quality, marketing and manufacturing on existing products

? Strong communication with suppliers to push them to commit schedule and realize tasks on time

Education:	Essential Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Telecom Engineering or similar major Desirable Bachelor degree or above in related major
Job Related Experience:	Essential: 5+ years design experience of Video Door Entry (VDE) hardware design (including, video, audio, indoor unit, outdoor unit, WiFi and etc.) Solid understanding the protocols of IP VDE and other proprietary protocol 4+ years solid experience with of EMC design, debugging & verification 4+ years solid Experience at DFMEA, DFM, DFT, industrialization, and production testing (ICT, FCT, AOI…) Familiarity with product reliability & product safety Experience with co-development with vendors / suppliers Familiarity with production environment requirement, Such as ROHS, REACH, end of life instruction requirement Desirable: Experience with BLE, Zigbee & power line communication (PLC) hardware design Experience with antenna design Knowledge of MCU circuits & firmware coding Familiarity with CAD package – Cadence schematic capture Experience with development products following PMP concept Experience on testing of Android / iOS APPs
Business Understanding:	Interaction with internal and external customers, liaison across multiple functional areas.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):	Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin Good communication skills with all levels of the organization Willing to communicate with all levels of the organization Solid experience of product specification, documentation and development, preferably in a Product Engineering environment Open minded, energetic, proactive & team player Results oriented, business sense & able to address issues interlace with different vendors / suppliers, Strong communication skill with vendors / suppliers Senses of urgency, risk assessment & mitigation plan
