职位描述：
- Support the implementation of Standardard
- Defines manufacturing test plan/method and safety guide.
- Create and maintain test schematics, test fixtures, wiring drawings and test procedures.
- Troubleshoot and determine root cause/corrective action (RCCA) for product/ATE failure
- Lead technicians solve ATE( automated test equipment) issue include software and hardware
- Responsible for continued improvement to ATE’s efficient and yield
- Responsible for cost reduction of existed ATEs and new design.
- Responsible for develop and modify code and hardware of ATEs or new and innovative equipment to maintain any system or process with the understanding of production requirements.
- Perform necessary quality check and test data collection. Work with production engineering to identify potential process improvements.
- new project introduce ( test concepts and equipment)
- other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechatronics or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in test engineering or related manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and quality system 　 　
- Ability to program with LabView or other code
- Knowledge of database structure and SQL language 　 　 　
- Knowledge of precision measurement devices and data acquisition( analog,digital I/O,etc)
- Knowledge of electronic lab equipment and common electronic interfaces 　 　 　 　
- Excellent organizational skills and technical writing ability 　
- Ability to work with people from all fields and areas of expertise　 　 　 　 　
- Strong computer skills　 　 　 　 　
- Ability to communicate technical information fluently in English, especially in writing
