职位描述：
The VM Associate will be in charge of the following activities:

1. Execute accordingly to global VM guidelines and take lead in VM displays in all China stores.

2. Administrate luxury display standards thru photos, report and store visit.

3. Plan VM calendar and adjust to seasonality and market situation.

4. Make store exciting to meet customers’ expectation and experience.

5. Work closely with various departments including merchandising, sales and PR to drive promotional efforts.

 

Requirements:

1. University graduate, with min. of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, experience in shoes and accessories is a plus.

2. Mature, hands on and able to multitask and work independently under pressure.

3. Good understanding of Chinese luxury market and consumers’ preferences.

4. A team player with autonomous set.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical, presentable, with a strong sense of retail sales and operations.

7. Fluent English and Chinese, French or Italian is a plus
