职位描述Key Responsibilities
Key responsibility 1
– Operations HR policies/ Procedures
- Implementing HR plans and procedures
- Coaching and counselling Cartier employees regarding HR policy, procedures, benefits and other programs
- Coordinating RCCL HR Central Office to prepare all kinds of certifications for boutique employees (Such as Employment Certification, Income Certification, Invitation Letter, Dispatch Letter and Reference Letter)
Key responsibility 2 - Staffing
- Conducting recruitment for all vacancies, and new personnel orientation
- Working closing with Richemont HR Central Office on ongoing boutique staff recruitment and new boutique opening
- Ensuring job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate
- Handling all cases of on-board, transfer, promotion and termination
-Managing projects
1.Supporting boutique closure and relocation projects
2.Supporting internal development programmes
3.Support on Retail Academy if needed
4.Implementing boutique proximity project
5.Managing other ad hoc projects
Key responsibility 3
– Compensation and Benefits
- Implement new C&B programme in the coverage
- Work closely with RCCL HR Central Office on timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, and awards)
- Actively being involved in annual PMP circle and compiling all data needed for the annual salary & bonus review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis for retail employees in North and Central regions
- Working closely with RCCL HR Central Office on annual IIT declaration campaign, and providing support (Q&A) to boutique employees
Key responsibility 4
– Employee Relations
- Detecting and handling complaints, disputes and grievances of all employees
- Conducting exit and grievance interviews with employees
- Strengthening employee engagement in the coverages
- Coaching line managers in the event of counselling out employees who are under performance
Key responsibility 5 –Others
- Coordinating with RCCL HR Central Office on other HR matters if needed
任职要求Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above
- 6 to 10 years solid experience in all HR functions
- Familiar with Country’s labor law & personnel regulations
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Excellent in analytical, influencing & planning skills
