工作职责：
1、按计划进行生产，按时完成各项生产任务；
2、负责做好生产调度管理工作；
4、负责直接下属人员的业绩考评、业务指导专业培训，对下属人员的工作业绩完成情况进行监督；
5、负责拟定本部门目标、工作计划，组织实施检查监督及控制。

岗位要求：
1. 专科以上学历，机械类工科专业
2. 3年以上现场管理工作经验
3. 为人正直，沟通能力强
4. 积极进取，能在较大压力下工作
5. 电脑熟练
