Account Manager
化工行业知名品牌,负责钢铁客户招聘资深销售职位,广阔发展前景
(华东,华中,华北各招聘1个)

(A) Purpose of the Position
? To achieve sales target by providing support and service; Manage the sales, deliveries, inventory, and technical service and product development; and developing new business with his client.
? To develop and execute the account plan, as agreed with the AP Business Development Manager, and be responsible for implementation in line with China Coil business strategy and short term and long term objectives.
? Functional reporting line to Asia Pacific Key Account manager for this account.
? Supervise designated Technical Service manager, functional.

(B) Duties and Responsibilities
? Maintain good relationship with customer, be trusted and respected by all levels in customers Suzhou location.
? Being the bridge between Company & Customer representing Company's interests at customer and customer interest at Company.
? Manage customer’s expectation, influencing/directing Customer towards company preferred outcomes and deliverable commitments.
? To manage the communications among internal stakeholders like customer service, technical, production, warehouse to assure full understanding within our own and customers organization
? Set clear objectives and actions by manufacturing/technical/customer service teams to achieve best-in-class delivery resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Be responsive to solve client's issues or complaints and drive internal improvements related to customer.
? Meet sales volume and profitability target
? Work with Coil team to achieve on time in full delivery target
? Deliver monthly and annual sales forecasts
? Manage VMI at customer and control stock level to be within target
? To assure the customer payment are within term
? Maintain position as preferred supplier to customer
? Cooperate with client, developing new business opportunities
? Make and implement new business development plans.

(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
? Be an active participant in the company’s initiatives to improve Quality, HSE and 5S Management Systems
? Agree annually with line manager specific, measurable targets to improve Quality and Customer Satisfaction
? Agree annually with any report specific measurable targets consistent with those agreed with your manager
? Full compliance with customers safety rules and instructions at all times
? Set and deliver on high standards of performance for self, others and for our company


(D) Business Principles and Compliance
? Full compliance with Company policies and business principles and compliance with all JEDA site rules and regulations
? Actively apply Company values in daily work
? Participate in all mandatory training and keep knowledge on compliance up-to-date at all times.

(E) Qualification Requirements

? Bachelor degree or above in Technical or Chemistry
? 4-6 years+ experiences in business development, preferably in coatings or steel industry
? Result Orientated
? Strong Customer Focus
? Fluency in verbal and strong command in written English
? Self starter and initiative
? Strong communication skill at all levels including top management
? Strong problem solving skills
? Technical background in paint industry preferred
