Major Responsibilities and Requirement:
Provide business leadership to all functions to meet key performance indicators.
Full P&L responsibilities and authority over multi-site factory operations, sales & marketing, Product Develoment, engineering changes, all other unforeseen airation to project
Ensure compay interests are met and are in compliance with all local statutory requirements and standards including Legal & Ethical policies.
Oversee the overall business with the Chinese Joint-Venture partner.
