Area of Responsibilities:

? Lead the day to day operations with regard to management accounting, financial accounting and treasury functions for the company and to establish the related controls & procedures.
? Ensure all the company's financial statements in in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, company guidelines and industry requirements.
? Partner with external and internal auditors to ensure the statutory financial reporting meets the regulatory standards and the company's interests are maintained.
? Supervision and control of the Payroll in all respects including providing for staff benefits.
? Accurate recording of sector wise Cost Sheet for creation of efficient route profitability analysis.
? Maintain proper accounting records and controls for offices.
? Support and provide financial data to the Management.
? Evaluate operating data, detect key trends and recommend tax-saving solutions to management.
? Accounts payable review, timely payments and resolving issues with suppliers, should any arise.
? Accounts receivable review, timely collection and resolving issues with customers, should any arise.
? Ensure that adequate financial evaluation of all capital expenditure takes place, so that decisions are made on sound information and analysis.
? Proper accounting of accruals for operating costs, so that the Monthly Financials present a true picture.
? Assists in the development of financial policies and procedures and implementation thereof.
? Research, analyze, evaluate, and report on problem areas, including solutions.
? Assists in compiling information and preparing reports on matters of confidential nature or inquiry, or on a sensitive issue.
? Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Financial reports to the Board/Top Management.
? Supervise, lead, coach and evaluate team member, and recruit new subordinate if needed.
? Any other assignments or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Person Specification

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and relevant major.
? ACCA/ CIMA or CPA will be an added advantage.
? At least 8+ years financial related working experience with no less than 3~5 years GL working experience with multi-national companies.
? Good knowledge of medical device, life science, pharmceutical or healthcare industry is a highly preferred.
? Ability to assemble information and prepare written reports in a concise and professional manner.
? Ideally proven experience in a middle management position.
? Excellent computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
? Good English proficiency, verbal and written.
? Well communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Integrity, honest, logic thinking expertise, and a quick learner.
? A good team player and leader.
? Capability of multi-tasks and working under pressure.
? It would be an added advantage if the person has prior exposure in a strict legal compliance environment.
