Job Responsibility

? Ensure that LBS' newly developed Sample Tracking System, consisting of state of the art hardware and software to be used in pathology laboratories are installed and taken into use by our customers in an efficient and structured way. Your responsibility would be to focus on the software and workflow procedures of the laboratory
? Together with staff from LBS, customers and third party vendors from throughout the region
? Ensure that IT systems launched by LBS are successfully deployed and spans involvement in the entire sales process from supplying information to prospective customers to the final verification and validation of the installed systems
? Ensure that the systems are installed and made to work according to agreed specifications


Job Requirement

? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Candidates with comparable strong practical experience will also be considered.
? Project Management skills, technical specification, project planning, testing design, implementation, validation and documentation.
? Lean and/or Six Sigma hands-on experience.
? Network configuration, connectivity, virtual server knowledge.
? LIS / HL7 /EMR / 21CRF 11 / imaging standards.
? Creates and implements action plans for future development needs.
? Technology software advances / risks / plans / reports.
? Strong background in medical LIMS systems, workflow management and deployment.
? Scientific/ technical understandings of related products.
? Experience dealing with customers and customer needs.
? Experience dealing with third party companies.
? Working knowledge on installing and upgrading computers as well as installing additional peripherals like network cards, barcode readers, printers etc.
? Commercial relevant certificates like Novell, MSCE, knowledge of SQL& database administration will be an advantage.
? High level of English additional European languages is a strong advantage.
? Customer focus.
? Good communication skills.
? Good intercultural understanding.
? Willing to travel.
