Purpose of the Position:
A contractor position to develop and support PeopleSoft ERP application based in Corning RHQ office.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for the design, build, testing, validation and migrations of PeopleSoft Development Efforts, but in a support role.
？ Collaborating with functional owners on incident management and problem management
？ Troubleshoot application and functional business issues. Analyze, diagnose and provide resolution when application errors occur.
？ Programming required.
？ Resource must also be able to work in a rotating off hours on call support.
？ Able to participate on problem resolution session with other IT teams
Education & Experience
？ Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology or related subject
？ Knowledge/experience in manufacturing SCM systems including inventory and quality control related application is a plus
？ Knowledge/experience in Finance/Procurement related application is a plus
？ Relevant knowledge/experience in relational databases and store procedure in Oracle DB.
？ 5 years above of work experience of development/system analysis/testing in ERP applications
Required Skills
？ Oracle SQL
？ ERP application support skill
？ Fluent in Writing, Reading & Listening in English, additional Japanese & Korean is preferred.
？ MS Office Suite proficiency
？ Strong Technical skills and excellent communication skills;
Desired Skills
？ PeopleTools; Application Designer; PeopleCode; SQRs;
？ Quest Stat for migrations, Nvision reporting, BMC Control-M for batch scheduling, BI Publisher. MSBI, Power BI
Soft Skills
？ Good teamwork, written and oral communication in English and customer service skills
