Operation Optimization Manager,Xian

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Primary focus on maximizing direct profit across their specific integrated asset base (piggybacks and standalone liquid/H2 plants, GOX, GAN, LOX, LIN, LAR, H2).
? Assisting Business Operation Manager, responsible for whole on-site asset management and customer interface
? Prepares financial analysis in support of capital expenditure authorization requests for management review and approval
? Provide guidance to the day-to-day production and supply chain optimization, and define optimal product allocations and production targets in collaboration with tactical planning and ops (S&OP)
? Engage with the commercial team to execute against priority growth and margin improvement
? Own and execute strategic plans for relevant geographies, engaging Regional resources as necessary
? Act as the contact for LOX, LIN, LAR, and BHY assumptions in new on site business development
? Provide guidance to the Sales organization on LB renewals/contracts in coordination with Commercial/Marketing/Supply Chain Manager
? Serves for commercial interface with many of the relevant assets (when not covered by a sales rep with a broader product mix)



JOB REQUIREMENTS

? Candidate is expected to have a minimum work experience in commercial/sales, financial analysis, asset management, production, or supply chain management.
? Finance or MBA graduation is preferred.
? Multi-disciplinary business background; significant commercial and/or financial experience required;
? Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think strategically about business opportunities and investments. Must have strong commercial sense.
? Excellent initiative, ability to work independently with limited supervision and flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese 举报 分享
