Define, plan and implement trade-marketing activities for a specific Business (product portfolio) on national level.
Analyze the national sales data, act on it and report to the region. Implement the trade marketing tools for use on national level.
Support and implement trade-marketing actions, defined on regional level. Contribute to the definition and realization of trade marketing actions on regional level.
May be involved in category management

You are responsible for
As a consumer marketing Manager, You are Responsible for developing & implementing local activation plan to achieve defined business objectives for Beauty and Skincare
?Develop annual activation plan within given budget to achieve business target in line with strategies defined & annual marketing plan
?Design activities around CDJ (consumer decision journey) based on understanding of local consumer shopping behavior
?Responsible for activation efficiency
?Work with Business Marketing Manager to own consumer mind and strengthen category brand preference
?Work with sales team to design and implement retail programs to win in retail
?Owns activation planning cycle and review cycle
?Manage spending within given budget
?Manage vendor to ensure quality and conform with company guidance
You are a part of
The Personal care Consumer marketing team, the largest category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Consumer Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing Manager, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
?6-8 years of Business experience, preferably Sales and Marketing
Univ. level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
?Have the experience in different marketing role (Marcom, TSM) is preferred
?Strong learning ability and inter-personal communication skill
?Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth
