职位描述：
Job Briefing:
Primarily responsible for new store premise sourcing independently under project budget, negotiate with landlord on the leasing contract, arrange relevant payment, timely reporting, efficient communication with cross function team

Responsibilities:
1.Collect and analyze department store and shopping center business type, draft brand retail development plan. Draft and implement yearly retail development plan according to company arrangement.
2.Source, investigate, research, track and analyze new potential retail district.
Investigate, categorize and summarize department store and shopping center information, propose retail business district store selection.
3.Draft leasing proposal, communicate with all related internal department and external aspects, and solve all leasing related problems quickly in role as principal lease liaison to lessors.
4.Negotiate rental, management fee for selected stores and sign the contract. Arrange related leasing payment application
Responsible to coordinate other department prepare and ensure new store opening in time.
5.Finish other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:
-College above education, major in economics and law is preferred.；
-4 years plus retail store or Food & Beverage store development experience, famous international or domestic brand work experience is preferred.
-Excellent retail store selection skills, good communication and negotiation skills;
-Patient, detail-oriented with good logical judgement and analysis skills.
-Good project coordination and management experience, be proactive and capable to handle crisis.
-Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirits.
-Able to handle stress and frequent travel.
-Good command of verbal and written English skills.
