职位描述：
？ Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the MSD Project Management Methodology in liaison with the Payroll supplier Project Manager and MSD payroll project team.
？ Manages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.
？ Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of associates, providing leadership in the regional payroll project.
？ Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for the project in compliance with project requirement.
？ Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
？ Assess and manage issues and risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategies as required.
？ Ensuring project documentation is stored in accordance with MSD Quality Audit requirements utilising Collaboration tool and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements
？ Maintain up to date knowledge of the HR BPO and related service industries to make successful BPO .
？ Organize and manage relevant Workshops with payroll supplier and relevant MSD Associates.
？ Performs other related duties as assigned

？ Ability to manage and lead a team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.

Requirement:
？ Minimum of five years’ experience in Payroll Project Management
？ Planning and resource scheduling skills or experience


？ Professional manner and presentation
？ Sound communication skills

？ Ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills

？ Strong relationship management and communication skills
？ Ability to manage and lead a remote team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.
？ Experience of international project management is required
？ Strong background in Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance, and/or Payroll software/solutions
