Goals,
To manage in the comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management on the Account. Delivery of services in accordance with the Service Management Agreement.
Roles,
Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client’s representative.
Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
Ensure the effective completion of all incidental report.
Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
Manage end user expectations and requirement
Responsibilities,
Procurement and Vendor Management
Manage of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
Responsible on the procurement of vendors and services as required
Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times
Facilities Operations
Implement a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
Monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
Development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating. As required
Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required
Risk Management
Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
Implement and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect client and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Customer Service / Client Relationships:
Provide superior customer service
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
Pro-actively manage client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
Reporting:
Manage in the budgeting process as required
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Client
Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
Requirements,
1. 5+ years experience in Facilities Management and relavant functions, at least 3+ years supervison experience
2. Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good client relationship management, vendor management and team management
4. Good at budgeting, cost control and KPI review
5. Excellent English ability in reading, writing and speaking
6. Team player
