职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Define system level requirements which act as input to develop system level architecture.
Perform a failure mode effect analysis at the system level to drive design improvements.
Create system description documents and calibration manuals.
Internal coordination of product definition according to the customer requirements. Close cooperation with the customers development departments.
Lead/coordinate design reviews.
Coordinate with software and vehicle application groups to address system and subsystem issues as they arise on specific customer program.
Perform Impact Analysis on Engineering Change
Analyze Validation Test Results and Characterization test results
Interface with cross functional groups (Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Optics, Manufacturing)
Key Competencies:
Bachelor Degree in Software or Electrical Engineering or related field required.
3+ years of Automotive microprocessor embedded controller experienc
Strong Microsoft suite skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Knowledge/use of requirement and configuration management, change/issue tracking and verification tools/process
Knowledge/use of CMMI or Automotive SPICE process
Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of internal/external clients.
Capability to perform and interpret stack-up analysis and worst-case analysis
Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
Highly motivated and disciplined in time management
Able to contribute to strong and dependable teams.
Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Knowledge of ASIC Analogue/Digital design and HDI PCB layout is a plus 举报 分享
