AECOM Economics provides applied economic analysis and strategic planning services to a wide range of clients. We work primarily in real estate, public facilities, entertainment and leisure, and land use policy and planning. Our clients include private entities, government agencies, and non-profits.

Responsibilities:：
1、 地区和区域性宏观经济研究、产业政策及市场研究；
Local and regional macro-economic investigation, industry policy and marketing research.
2、 房地产市场调研、旅游市场分析等基础研究，在项目经理指导下独立完成项目主体研究工作；
The real estate market research, tourism market analysis and other fundamental research.
3、 针对项目进行一个或多个领域的经济专题研究；
Monographic studies on one or various economic fields based on one project.
4、 项目研究报告撰写，与客户进行专业沟通；
Project report writing and professional communication with clients.
5、 协助项目经理完成项目管理等辅助工作，或在高级咨询顾问指导下逐步承担项目经理职责。
Project management assistance or project management.
Requirements:
1、 重点大学硕士及以上学历，博士及有海外求学背景优先录取；
Master’s degree or above in Key Universities, background of PHD or overseas study is preferred.
2、 旅游规划、人文地理、区域经济、产业经济、房地产及市场营销等相关专业；
Major in tourism planning, human geography, regional economy, industrial economy, real estate, marketing or other related fields.
3、 具有一定的独立课题研究能力；
A certain ability of independent project research.
4、 协调组织和沟通能力强，具有团队协作精神；
Good organization coordinated ability, communication skills and team spirit.
5、 熟练掌握word、PPT、PS、CAD等办公软件。
Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Photoshop, AutoCAD and other office Software.
