MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Retain Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 technologies and solve related customer incidents confidently.
？ Provide timely technical support on the problems for Enterprise customers according to customer’s working time.
？ Collaborate with Microsoft Full Time Employee team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

岗位要求:
? Bachelor or Master degree with at least 1 years of full time Development/IT operation experience.
? Solid knowledge of networking, E-mail related protocols and operating system knowledge is required. Or Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 product knowledge with strong coding experience.
