About Internal Firm Services
In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.
Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders of designated lines of service to understand their business priorities and develop integrated marketing plans aligned with the business strategy to drive growth;
- Assist in writing, translation and proof-reading for events and marketing purposes, ensuring a high professional standard and consistency across all external and internal communications collateral;
- Collaborate with the team to support internal and external events including conferences, seminars, road shows, other firmwide initiatives and regional projects;
- Provide data management, logistics and on-site support for events;
- Liaise with vendors and ensure all final deliverables are in compliance with brand guidelines and firmwide communications policies; and
- Liaise closely with internal media, graphics, web, social media and knowledge management teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of marketing services.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related disciplines;
- Minimum four years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; and
- Must be an effective communicator.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese;
- Demonstrates great commitment and work with positive attitude under pressure;
- Good conflict resolution skills displaying a flexible approach to problem solving;
- Ability to manage multi-tasks in a dynamic working environment;
- A good team player with strong people and time management skills; and
- Skilled in computer software including MS Office.
