职能:
Diagnoses and responds to routine problems through interactions with end users;
Provides help-desk support for both local and remote users;
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions;
Participates in installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware;
Provide the necessary support during the new employee onboarding and off boarding, strictly follow the HDD retention policy from Mattel Group.
Provides end-users software support and troubleshooting;
Maintains all the related documentations;
Assists with MNS team on network support and troubleshooting;
Assists with support team on e-mail system administration;
Communicates effectively, and escalates difficult problems to the IT Manager;
Logs and tracks help desk incident reports;
Maintains current knowledge of relevant software and hardware applications;
Ensures that all problems are prioritized, tracked, logged, assigned for resolution, and communicated appropriately with ticketing system;
Provide support with IT Manager in occasional system-wide upgrades;
Provides end users support for Applications, Printers, Mobile Telephony, and Audio Visual devices;
Supports end users by coordinating Global Desktop Refreshes and making local IT purchases;
Maintains local backup to ensure all the processes follow the policies and procedures from GIT;
Maintains local hardware inventories to assist the global and regional teams in prioritizing assets;
要求:
Strong Project Delivery experience;
Proven experience in delivering technology solutions in multiple location;
Adapts to different situations, circumstances, and roles;
Desktop Operating System: Windows XP and Windows 7 (MAC OS as a plus);
Desktop Software: Microsoft Office, Outlook Email Client, Lync, Citrix, VPN, Adobe suite;
Active Directory experience strongly preferred;
Knowledge of PC applications, PC hardware, Windows OS, mobile devices and other network devices;
Knowledge of Microsoft server roles;
Experience with Anti-virus software and Malware removal software.
