职位描述：
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Material risk assessment
Review and align the raw material risk with Global team. Define the mitigation approach to control quality, food safety and legal hazards associated with raw material.
2. Support new supplier and new material development.
   1. Identify supplier potential risk working with procurement team.
   2. Support material spec alignment within cross function.
   3. Conduct supplier site audit to evaluate supplier risk.
   4. Coordinate validation and verification testing to ensure material meeting Hershey spec.
3. Supplier Audit
   1. Develop audit plan and conduct supplier site audit to verify the supplier Q&FS status
   2. Drive audit finding close to assure risk eliminated.
4. Supplier Quality Continuous Improvement
   1. Drive supplier performance improvement through supplier KPI development and track.
   2. Support material non conformance investigation.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in Food Science and Technology is preferred.
Experience: 3 years working experience in foods manufacturing. At least 2 years in multinational company quality function working experience.
