售后服务经理负责确保售后服务工作的有效进行,保证随时满足客户的需求,并相应开发和改进工作流程和方法。依据年度制定的绩效目标,确保通过对市场的分析和预测,实现售后服务利润、配件/精品销量、客户满意度等目标,达成保时捷中国及保时捷中心的业务目标。售后服务经理指导和领导售后服务团队,提高团队所有成员的专业能力及监督团队成员的个人绩效目标完成情况,及时给予改进建议及指导,并确保售后服务部门所有人员完成所有必要培训。售后服务经理在与客户接触时担当保时捷品牌的形象大使,以符合保时捷品牌要求的服务意识与客户进行良好的协商及沟通,从而提高客户的满意度。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 依据保时捷中国及保时捷中心的年度商业目标,制定年度售后服务部门战略、绩效目标及工作计划
2. 监督和分析现有售后服务、零配件及其他关键指标数据,并制定相应措施提高售后服务业绩
3. 制定和改进售后服务部门内部管理制度、业务流程等相关规定,监督、落实售后服务流程和服务、维修管理的标准化
4. 依据售后服务部门分解的绩效目标,跟踪、及时调整、考核绩效,建立激励机制,确保各售后服务团队达成绩效考核
5. 依据售后服务部门年度目标制定年度售后服务部门人员规划
6. 培养售后服务团队
7. 管理售后服务区域的工作环境及设备,确保良好运转
8. 建立、加强并维护与保时捷中心其他部门的持续协作关系
Position Characteristics:
The After Sales Manager is responsible for effectively executing all After Sales activities to meet the customer's expectation, and developing and improving working process and method. By analysing and projecting the market status according to the annual performance target, s/he also ensures the fulfillment of After Sales profits, sales volume of parts/DS products, customer satisfaction and other targets, to achieve the Business Plan targets of Porsche China and Porsche Centre. After Sales Manager guides and leads the After Sales team to improve the professionalism of all the After Sales team members and to monitor the completion of team members' individual performance targets. S/he also offers timely suggestions and guidance on improvement, and ensures that all staff in the After Sales department finish all the trainings. While dealing with customers, After Sales Manager shall serve as the Porsche Brand Ambassador, properly consult and communicate with customers in line with the Porsche requirements, and hence improve the customer satisfaction.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Develop annual After Sales service strategy, performance targets and After Sales work plan in accordance with the annual Business Plan of Porsche Centre
2. Monitor and analyse current services, parts sales and KPI data to develop new approaches to increase After Sales performance
3. Develop improvements of internal management systems, business processes and other regulations within the After Sales department; monitor and execute the standardisation of After Sales process and service management
4. Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the performance according to the performance target breakdown of the After Sales department; establish an incentive mechanism and ensure that the After Sales team achieves the performance targets
5. Generate the annual workforce plans for After Sales department in line with the annual objectives
6. Develop the After Sales team
7. Securing a clean, tidy and well maintained working environment and equipment
8. Build up, reinforce and maintain sustainable collaborative relationship with the other departments of the Porsche Centre

教育背景:须具备大专学历,具有相关专业本科学历者优先
行业背景:有 3-5 年售后服务经理或类似职位的工作经验,有著名汽车销售尤其是跨国企业工作经历者优先
其他任职要求:
?候选人需掌握微软Office软件的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?兼具独立工作能力和团队合作能力

Education:
?College degree required;
?University degree on relevant major preferred;
Industry background:
?3-5 years' working experience as After Sales manager or in similar positions;
?Candidates with experience with famous auto brand, especially international automotive enterprise are preferred.
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
