岗位职责：
Ø Job Description – Software Engineering Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Technical Manager
Title: Component Owner for 3rd Party Software Vendors
Based at: Beijing
 
Job purpose: Primary Lenovo technical interface to ISV. This includes Operating System Strategy, defect resolution, and schedule management.
 
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
? Release ISV Software to the preload and to the WWW as required
? Holds/attends regular interlock meetings with ISV
? Follow marketing requirements to introduce ISV applications into Lenovo products
? Send Lenovo technical requirement to ISV for regulating code deliverables
? Manage ISV’s code delivery schedule & Balance ISV’s support resource with internal Testing Schedule
? Code evaluation, testing and lead issue debugging
? Coordinate with Lenovo Security team to follow Lenovo Security practices
 
   
任职要求：
2+ years of specific industry experience involving application integration into Microsoft operating systems
? Proven knowledge in advanced operating system and personal computer deployments
? Experience with troubleshooting application installations, driver installation and/or sysprep processes
? Experience with Microsoft Deployment tools – Sysprep, DISM, USMT, WISM, WICD
? Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering
? Experience working in multi-national environment, interacting with out-country counterparts
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
? High ability to manage difficult customer issues or escalation
? Fluent in English and Mandarin – written and verbal
? Effective communication skills at all levels - written and verbal
? Excellent knowledge of the Windows Operating System. 举报 分享
