Over Team objective
Take lead of the strategic development of new business model development focus on connected product and prioritized product categories, synergy across categories on digital activation and sales channel, new business structure test to fullfill market new trend.
Responsibilities:
1. To deliver ecommerce platforms sales and profit target with team and TP partners.
2. Closely work with marketing team to develop, manage & execute ecommerce sales and marketing online and offline programs including but no limiting to CRM, content channels operations, brand campaigns, shopping festivals etc..
3. Manage ecommerce platforms and flagship stores operations and sales business including but not limited to inventory and warehouse, logistics and distribution, sales forecasting and P&L management.
4. Lead the management of EC distributors and KA clients.
5. Regular sales results monitoring, making analysis, improving sales and marketing planning.
6. Expanding the business and distribution on ecommerce channel according to adjustive EC strategy and target.
7. Report to sales operation lead
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Limited 2/5 years working experience on sales or/and digital marketing, healthcare industry is preferred.
3. Limited 1/2 year working experience on ecommerce, experience on Tmall or JD business is preferred.
4. Familiar with China ecommerce market and business model.
5. Good strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
6. Good business planning and funding management skill.
7. Good execution and result driven.
8. Good skills of MS office especially in ppt and excel.
9. Fluent English in writing and speaking.
