POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of China Talent Acquisition team, responsible for implementing the recruitment process from end to end for certain subsidiaries and functional teams of Air Products China. Other tasks include getting involved in staffing related projects and handling related administrative processes. The jobholder reports directly to China Staffing Manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. In charge of fulfilling vacancies including permanent positions, contractors and interns of certain businesses and functions of the company across different locations in China and ensure high-quality deliveries.
2. Handle staffing related administrative tasks as part of the recruitment process; tasks include coordinate candidates’ interview schedules, ensure candidates to complete application forms in time, generate offer letter, liaise with hiring managers and candidates for any onboarding details, make payment to vendor, etc.
3. Lead or participate staffing related projects to enhance the company’s ability in talent acquisition.
4. Analyze recruiting activities in order to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
5. Consolidate and generate various recruitment status reports on regular basis.
6. Manage recruiting information on job boards and social media.
7. Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Job incumbent is expected to have Bachelor’s degree with around 3 years working experience in recruitment area in corporate or headhunting firm.
2. Be able to work under pressure and commit deliveries.
3. Can work effectively in English.
4. Hands-on, motivated and disciplined.
