Team Description：
Microsoft Bing News is working on innovative solutions for online News services. It aims to play a central role in the "User experiences first to get super fresh knowledge" strategy, through alliance with online companies, and internal AI technologies, as well as government/standard bodies. The center will create a platform to aggregate useful information from the publisher, alliance, provide trusted services, to better serve user in helpful and benefit knowledge gain experiences.
The center works with a wide range of industry partners including major online companies in China, banks, and/or organizations. Our Social team is tech-oriented, and passion on achieve both in business impact and technology in-depth.
Job Description：
We’re looking for smart, highly motivated and innovative developers who are passionate about building online and performant system components/agents. The agents run on end-point devices to provided trusted service and info to online services for AI provided quality control. The agents can also help user from the information system. Our work is on Real time system, with Boost from machine learning algorithm including data pipeline, training, and tuning optimization on quality improvement.
Core Requirements：
Deep systems level programming experiences using C/C++ on a main stream OS (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS) is required. Strong sense and knowledge of systems and software trouble-shooting.
Qualifications:
? 1-3 years experiences C++, strong Coding, smart in solution and quick on implementation, ACM or OJ prize winner is best
? Skilled in design, coding, debugging and algorithm skills.
? Expert knowledge and development skill in C/C++.
? Experience working on high performance and real time system is better.
? Experience in machine learning is a strong plus.
? A minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, or related technical field. Master degree or PhD in related areas is a plus.
