Responsibilities:
Responsible for partnering of cross-functional activity teams to drive business growth, cost efficiency and profitability; Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations for business objective deliverables (e.g. product portfolio and earning ); Develops overall business growth and earnings frameworks and driving activities to improve business models (e.g. e-commerce profitability, etc.), Lead the processes of planning and financial results with insights and recommendation for decision making.
1. Provide updated information and figures for financial KPI, monthly financial packets, financial results books, etc. The reports not only be accurate, but are meaningful and provided in an understandable format.
2. Analyzes and summarizes financial reports such as actual results of operations, profitability of product portfolio and business model recommendation and identify real or potential problems and recommends corrective action to management.
3. Proactive identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.
4. Manage the processes of the financial planning, forecasting, analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying issues and opportunities on process efficiency, and making recommendations for future actions.
5. Lead and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy.
6. Ability to influence business partners to make the right decisions to drive the desired financial targets and actions.
7. Effectively lead, support and develop the FP&A team. Select, retain and develop subordinate to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to business’s objectives.
Requirement:
Education:
University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience:
5 to 7 years for larger business;Essential SAP knowledge and operation; skillful on Excel and PowerPoint.
Ohters:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, sound business sense, good communication skills and interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility. Comfort around higher management and experience of working in a similar position is highly desirable.
