Our client is a leading USA global solutions management group with presence in various Continents focus on excelling in knowledge and expertise to international clients at medium to high-volume customers with all levels of industrial and consumer products.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the departments at US office to the project management of the new manufacturing facilities;
2. Manage and implement strategic plans of manufacturing and sales business in accordance with the philosophy and goals of the Corporate Office;
3. Transfer and localize the manufacturing programs and systems to the plant for enhancing the productivity, industrial safety, quality assurance and overall performance and efficiency through the use of systems;
4. Lead and direct the procurement activities to the corporate policies;
5. Lead and manage the plant personnel to achieve/exceed the KPIs through effective selection, training and coaching programs by implementation of effective Human Resources System;
6. Lead and collaborate with direct reports to prioritize/monitor projects to support short and long-range goals including capability planning, continuous improvement, capital expenditure, plant-start-ups, downsizing, etc.
7. Manage the financial health of the operations with the collaboration of the Finance Departments at US office;
8. Deploy effective CRM programs for exceeding customers' expectations;
9. Manage the integrity and credibility of plant operations through effective implementation of administrative policies and internal control systems;
10. Develop and maintain rapport with local governments, authorities and institutions for facilitating the smooth operations of the manufacturing plant, and in compliance of the Laws of the PRC and the Corporate Policy.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering; MBA qualification is a preference
2. Over 8 years experience in a leadership role in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment including responsibility for general management, planning and financial oversight
3. Proven track record in project and people management
4. Six Sigma Certification preferred
5. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office products and an ERP system; advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and six sigma tools application
6. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and multiple task management
7. Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
8. Good English
