Essential Function 1:            
1. Complete a broad variety of administrative and confidential tasks for technical team.  
2. Preparation of documents, structured file organization, phone management.
3. Manage an outlook calendar, follow-up of topics.
4 Prepare internal/external correspondence and prioritize items that need attention      
Essential Function 2:            
1. Schedule appointments and manage an extremely active calendar  
2. Organize meetings, conference calls, video conferences
3. Compiling documents for meetings
Essential Function 3:            
1. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas  
2. Taking care of flight bookings, visa application, hotel reservations, transfers
3. Preparation of expense reports, reconciling credit card statement, submitting billing information
Executive Assistant Qualifications:          
  Demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response  
  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  Ability to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities
  Handle matters expeditiously, proactively often with deadline pressures  
  Demonstrate ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines
  Cost consciousness in the daily work
  Self-initiative            
Required Education and Business Experience
Education:                      
Certificate of administrative education, education in Chemistry, computers or office management is an asset, fluent English
Business experience:      
Secretarial / administrative knowledge, IT skills, flexibility, adaptability, experience to work in a global company is prefered
Excellent administrative and organization skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
