Admin Function:
行政：
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages; Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately; Receive and record courier
接听转接电话，来访客户的接待；签收快递
Business travel booking, including train tickets, air tickets, hotels, etc.
差旅支持，包括预订机票、酒店和火车票等
Monthly book stationery according to department needs.
每月文具的预订采购
Responsible for name card, entry card and recording finger print in system.
办公室员工的门禁卡以及指纹的录入
Prepare and distribute birthday card and coupon, assist to staff birthday party preparation.
负责每月生日券以及福利券的发放，并且支持员工派对的准备活动
Monitor the use of office equipment and furniture; report the damaged to Admin Specialist.
管理办公室的设备及家具，并反馈给行政专员。
Apply reimbursement monthly for office running.
每月办公室行政费用的报销
Requirements
要求
Undergraduate Student who can ensure at least 3 days per week to work
在校大学生，每周至少可以工作3天
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
良好的人际沟通技巧
Intern experience in HR or Admin will be a plus
有人力资源或者行政实习经验的候选人优先
Fluent oral and written English
良好的书面英语，英语口语流利
