Job Description:

• Provide secretarial support to Partner, Senior Managers and/or Managers, including organizing meetings & taking meeting minutes, arranging travels, making reimbursement, & etc;
• Deal with emergency issues independently;
• Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
• Make conference/meeting arrangements for clients and guests (both internal and external);
• Admin support for Financial matters, help to set up job code, issue billing to client etc;
• Other related tasks.
  
  

Requirements:

• Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
• Good inter-personal and communication skills;
• Good common sense;
• Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and problem solving skills;
• Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
