职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Check urban parameters, verification of documentation and help Investor Selection team to evaluate the viability of the proposed plot.
2. Collect on-site data and evaluate to confirm design parameters and overall feasibility. Issues evaluation and solution proposal and development in agreement with involved parties.
3. Responsible for design base development according to Porsche Corporate Architecture, management of appointed design companies.
4. Review and Quality Control of Concept Design, Engineering Design and Detailed Design developed by design institute or third parties.
5. Manage dealer project document, including design document, dealer opening task list, weekly report, change request etc; manage internal design approval processes to guarantee full compliance with company policies in a timely manner.
6. Dealer support during all stages to guarantee perfect understanding of Porsche processes and facility requirements.
7. Develop, implement and permanent update of Porsche standard design documents, processes and tools.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Architecture/Interior Design
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant position in Retail Design & Construction/ Project Management consultancy industry
3. Project management skills and strong managing skills with high personal standards
4. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
5. Familiar with AutoCad, MS Project, MS Office
