职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Build and strengthen the AECOM brand across the China region; promote AECOM’s core values to a diverse employee base in China.
? Support Greater China Marketing & Communications Team Leader on corporate/BL collateral, PPT, newsletter, executive memo’s development, translation and collection.
? Support Greater China Marketing & Communications Team Leader on professional award submittal in the China region, coordinating with BLs on material preparation and collection.
? Maintain local media relationship in China; prepare for media interviews.
? Maintain and update industry contact list in China.
? Assist in regional and office events planning and organization, coordinate industry conferences, exhibits and other professional activities and be responsible for local execution.
? Assist in material package preparation for cross-business line BD purposes including proposals.
? Support other marketing efforts in China and Asia region.


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English Literature or Business Administration.
? At least 3 years’ experience working in a comparable position, preferably from a similar industry.
? Must have high level of integrity and working ethnics.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Thrive for perfection with an eye for detail and a desire to grow and learn from the experience.
? Prior experience of working as an editor/reporter/copy editor in a professional PR firms, or business / industry media are strongly preferred; experience in a professional service firm and/or big corporate environment is a plus.
? Strong ability to multi-task, would work under high-stress and with tight deadlines, action & result-oriented.
? Have a sense of humor, and capable of working with all levels of management, and interact cross-culturally.
? Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
? Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and master in MS Office.

? 树立和增强中国区AECOM品牌，提升AECOM在内部员工中的核心价值；
? 支持大中华区市场推广及传讯总监进行公司/业务线的PPT、简报、备忘录的制作、翻译及资料收集工作；
? 支持大中华区市场推广及传讯总监进行中国区专业奖项的提交，协调各业务线进行资料的准备、收集工作；
? 维护与中国地区媒体的关系，准备媒体采访；
? 维护并更新中国区行业联系人列表；
? 协助区域/办公地点活动的策划和组织，协调行业会议、展出及其他专业性活动，负责当地活动的执行工作；
? 协助包括提案在内的以业务拓展为目的、跨业务线的内容相关资料的准备；
? 支持中国和亚洲区其他市场工作。

职位要求:

? 市场营销、公共关系、新闻、英国文学或企业管理专业本科学历；
? 至少三年相关职位工作经验，有相同行业工作经验者优先；
? 为人正直，具有较高的职业操守和道德；
? 优秀的中英文口语、书面表达及沟通能力；
? 注重细节，追求完美，善于从实践中学习和成长；
? 具有在专业公关公司、商业/行业媒体中担任编辑/记者/文字编辑经验者尤佳；具有在专业服务公司或大型公司背景下工作经验者优先；
? 能够在较强压力下承担多项任务，行动力强，注重结果；
? 为人幽默，能够与各阶层管理人士合作并互动；
? 乐于在充满活力、快速发展的公司中工作；
? 熟悉的MS办公软件操作技能，可操作Adobe Photoshop 和 InDesign等软件。
