Job Summary 职位概述:
The Entity Controller is the local financial lead and has responsibility for all accounting activities including policies, procedures, financial reporting, internal controls and other items related to the entity. The position coordinates with the Corporate office and the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) relative to all financial activities, including reporting, analysis, and procedural matters. The position is a key member of the local operational team.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Responsible for ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and procedures. A working knowledge of PRC, GAAP, tax rules, custom regulations and local statutory requirements, along with the ability to design and implement internal controls that are both efficient and effective in the safeguard of the company assets is required. Key items in achieving effective controls are properly segregating duties, having mitigating control processes in place and properly monitoring system user access. This position is also responsible for accurate and timely reporting of financial information in accordance with schedules and content required by Corporate, SBU, and local management. Reporting must be in accordance with local regulations and statutory requirements when required.
2. Participate in the management decision making process, supplying the financial analysis that assists the management team in making fiscally responsible decisions. This includes identifying cost savings and being the finance point person during the forecast and plan process. The position serves as the financial representative interacting as a business partner, improving the profitability of the entity. The Entity Controller will also participate in minimizing working capital by providing key metrics and contributing ideas to achieve established goals.
3. Responsible for managing the accounting functions including cost, accounts payable, fixed assets and other general accounting functions. This position will direct, develop, train and mentor employees within these functions. This position is also responsible for best practice and continuous improvement initiatives and communicating both of these items to Corporate for Corporate wide opportunities.
4. Responsible to support local tax and treasury needs, Corporate consolidated functions or any statutory requirements.

Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in finance, economics or accounting; MBA a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of prior Financial Controller or Manager experience, including driving the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes/deliverables as well as developing complex financial models.
3. Superior analytical abilities with knowledge of both financial planning and accounting with a desire to understand and explain causal factors of business issues.
4. Sound decision making skills using analytical data and information from internal and external sources. Financial professional able to work independently with little or no supervision.
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
6. Must maintain high energy and be comfortable in performing multi-faceted and complex projects. Proactive in developing financial analyses for new and unique business events.
7. Must be organized and detail oriented; Able to establish and adjust priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Comfortable working with both high level and lower-level projects. Able to perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
9. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to explain complex financial data and other supportable information to all levels of the organization.
10. Work well with diverse personalities and skill levels across the organization. Must be tactful, diplomatic and flexible. Interact with and develop strong working relationships with finance personnel.
11. Coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills required for accounting staff reporting directly and indirectly to this position.
