Lead and help team member to handle and update license as company's processes.
领导并帮助团队成员按照公司流程办理及更新证照

License Management：
证照管理
Handle and update licenses of company and stores (New Registration, Continuation, Annual check-up, Alteration, Cancellation etc.)
办理和更新公司及门店的执照（新注册、延续、年检、变更、注销等）
A. Environment Approval 环评批复
B. Food Service License 餐饮服务许可证
C. Business License 营业执照
D. Retail Liquor License 零售卖酒执照
Feedback information of license requisition timely
及时反馈证照要求的信息
Guide the use of various legal certificates
指导各种证照的使用方法
File all licenses and materials timely
及时归档所有的证照及材料
Finish working summary and schedule on time
按时完成工作计划和摘要
Any tasks as assigned from manager
完成领导布置的其他任务

Essential:
College degree or above
大学本科及以上学历
More than 3 years experience of handling licenses of F&B industry
3年以上的相关办证经验
Good execution ability
良好的执行力
Good command of Word, Excel, Office, etc.
熟练应用Office软件
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit
